As a seller, our refund policy is designed to protect our interests and ensure fair and reasonable practices. Please review our refund policy below:

    1. No refunds on digital products: Due to the nature of digital products, including but not limited to software, e-books, and digital downloads, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided. We are unable to accept refund requests for digital products once the purchase has been made.
    2. Limited refund window: For physical products, we offer a refund window of 7 from the date of purchase. After this period, no refunds will be provided. This allows us to efficiently manage our inventory and ensures that the buyer has had ample time to evaluate the product.
    3. Restocking fees: In the event that a refund is approved for a physical product, a restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers the cost of restocking the returned product and processing the refund.
    4. Condition of returned products: To be eligible for a refund, the returned product must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused. Any signs of wear and tear or damage to the product may result in a partial or no refund being issued.
    5. Shipping and handling fees: Shipping and handling fees associated with the original purchase and the return of the product are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
    6. Discretionary refund decisions: Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to exercise our discretion in determining whether a refund will be provided. Factors such as the reason for the return, the condition of the product, and the buyer’s history with us may be taken into consideration.
    7. No refunds for custom or personalized products: Products that are custom-made or personalized according to the buyer’s specifications are non-refundable, as they are unique and cannot be resold.

We value our customers and strive to provide excellent customer service. However, as a seller, we also need to protect our business interests. We appreciate your understanding of our refund policy, which is designed to be fair and reasonable to both parties.
