   3. Shipping and Delivery: We will make reasonable efforts to ship products within 7 days from the date of purchase. However, we do not guarantee any specific delivery times and are not responsible for any delays or damages during transit. Risk of loss and title to the products pass to the Buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

   12. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between FBIO Marketing Sdn Bhd and the Buyer regarding the purchase and sale of products and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written.
